Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
We ship all orders from Australia using reliable tracked courier and postal services. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment.
Delivery Times
- Metropolitan areas: typically 2-5 business days from dispatch
- Regional and remote areas: typically 5-10 business days from dispatch
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by factors outside our control such as courier delays, public holidays, or weather events.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all standard orders within Australia. International shipping is not currently available.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@immotrack.online and we'll sort it out. We'll work with the courier to locate your parcel or arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
- The product must be received by us in its original condition, unused and undamaged
- Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer
We strongly recommend using a tracked return service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that don't reach us.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@immotrack.online with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return address and any further instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
Subscription services and activated tracking credits are not refundable once activated. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in the event of a product fault.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please see our Warranty page for information on how to make a claim. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
