Warranty Coverage
All ImmoTrack hardware products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects and faults
- Component failures under normal use conditions
- Hardware that doesn't perform as specified
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper installation
- Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by accidents, impact, or exposure beyond the product's rated environmental tolerances
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues arising from third-party hardware, software, or services
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at support@immotrack.online with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Any relevant photos or videos showing the fault
We'll assess the claim and advise on the next steps - this may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement, or refund. In most cases we can resolve issues quickly and without hassle.
