The ImmoTrack MAG is a self-contained GPS tracker with an internal battery that magnetically sticks to your vehicle or can just be placed in the glove box. With an IP68 weather and waterproof rating, it can live on the underside of trailers, caravans, or even your car. Perfect for basic tracking, or even as a backup tracker.

The ImmoTrack MAG checks in every 48 hours when parked, when you start driving, once every 2 hours while moving, and when you stop driving. With its inbuilt tamper detection, it can detect any of the following scenarios and immediately raise an alarm:

  • Removed from the vehicle

  • Removed from its holder

Tracking for the ImmoTrack MAG also includes built-in Location Based Services (LBS), allowing for location identification based on 4G mobile tower data if the GPS signal is ever blocked or jammed.

Note: This model does not include immobilisation support. Battery life will depend on how often you drive, with the internal non-rechargeable battery able to perform roughly 2,100 updates before the battery life is exhausted.

About the battery and service life

The MAG is powered by its internal battery, which provides up to approximately 4 years of typical use, whichever comes first. Battery life depends on how often the device checks in and environmental conditions. The battery is not user-replaceable.

Ongoing service after the included period

After your 3 years of included service ends, a subscription is required to continue tracking. Plans start from $5 per month for 2 years, or you can choose 6 or 12 months as needed.

The service does not auto-renew at the end of the included period unless you set up your subscription. If you take no action, the device will stop reporting location until you set up a subscription. You can start, update or cancel your subscription at any time.

Total cost to run the device

  • Years 1–3: $380 (fully included, no additional cost)

  • Year 4 onwards: from $60/year if the battery is still operational
